What we do with your email
This page collects nothing. When you create an Autoploy account, we collect the email you sign up with. We use it to run your account: sign-in, alerts about your own automations, and receipts.
We do not sell it, share it, or add you to a marketing list. If you joined the earlier waitlist, the same promise covers that address. Ask us to delete your data any time and we will.
Build conversations are recorded and reviewed to keep automations reliable and to improve the product. Autoploy never reads your files or your code from your machine, and anything that looks like a secret is scrubbed before the record is stored.
When you connect Google
Some automations you build can work with your Google Sheets or your Google Calendar. That only happens if you click Connect and approve it on Google's own screen. We ask for the narrowest access the job needs: permission to read and write your Google Sheets, and, when an automation needs it, permission to read your Google Calendar. We never ask for your Gmail.
We use that access for one thing only: to run the specific automation you set up. If your automation adds a row to a spreadsheet, adding that row is all it does with your Sheets. We do not sell your Google data, we do not share it with advertisers, and no person at Autoploy reads it, except in the narrow case where you ask us for help and give permission so we can fix a problem. We never use your Google data to train general artificial intelligence models.
The permission that lets an automation act for you is encrypted and kept locked away. It is unlocked only for the moment your automation runs, and it never appears in any log, report, or record. You can disconnect at any time, from inside Autoploy or from your Google Account settings, and we delete the stored permission. If you delete your Autoploy account, we delete it too.
Autoploy's use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
