Answer New Leads in Seconds with Slack and Your CRM

A lead fills out your form while you are in a meeting. Hours pass before anyone sees it, and by then the moment is gone. Fast answers win deals, and slow ones quietly lose them.

This automation closes that gap. The second a form posts, the lead is checked, your team hears about it in Slack, and a contact lands in your CRM. No refreshing an inbox, no leads slipping through the cracks.

Why this works

You build this by talking to your Claude in plain English. You describe what should happen when a lead comes in, and Claude shapes the steps for you. No code, no setup rituals.

Once it is running on Autoploy, it stays running. The platform watches the automation and heals it when something goes wrong, so it does not silently die the day you stop looking.

It also handles retries cleanly, so a lead is added to your CRM once and never twice. That means no duplicate contacts to clean up later, and no maintenance chores for you.

How it works, step by step

  1. Read the lead. Read the email and source from the inbound form. The automation pulls the email and where the lead came from, so you know the context before you reply.
  2. Qualified lead?. Decide whether the lead has a usable email address. A lead with no usable email cannot be followed up, so this check keeps junk out of your CRM.
  3. Post to Slack. Post the new lead to the team Slack channel. Your whole team sees the new lead the moment it arrives, right where they already work.
  4. Create CRM contact. Add the lead to the CRM as a new contact. The contact is filed automatically, and retries will not create a second copy.
  5. Ignore. The lead had no usable email, so do nothing. If there was no usable email, the automation simply stops here and does nothing.

That is the whole flow: a lead arrives, it gets qualified, your team is told, and the contact is saved, all in seconds. You get your time back and your leads get a fast answer.
